NEW CONVENIENT TICKETING OPTIONS AVAILABLE
FOR ALL JOHN LABATT CENTRE EVENTS
(London, ON - July 21, 2005) Tickets for all John Labatt Centre events will now be sold through a new ticketing company John Labatt Centre Tickets with new and exciting options for customers, including print-at-home tickets, according to Global Spectrum Facility Management's Brian Ohl, General Manager of the John Labatt Centre. The new ticketing process becomes effective on Tuesday, August 2, 2005.
All ticketed events at the John Labatt Centre, including Memorial Cup Champion London Knights, will be sold on line at johnlabattcentre.com; at the John Labatt Centre box office and over the phone at 1-866-4JLC-TIX (1-866-455-2849).
"New Era Tickets will allow John Labatt Centre customers the convenience of purchasing tickets with many new and exciting opportunities to enhance their purchasing experience," said New Era Tickets President Fred Maglione.
"Our goal is to provide the ultimate experience for our fans each and every time they visit the John Labatt Centre," said Ohl. "That experience begins with the ticket sale. Our new ticketing company provides many new conveniences and options for our customers to enhance their experience.
New Era Tickets provides us with more control over the ticketing process which increases flexibility, added Ohl. "New Era Tickets also provides an opportunity for us to better interact with our customers which is paramount to our success."
Any ticket purchased through Ticketmaster for an event at the John Labatt Centre prior to the introduction of the new ticketing company will be honoured for the ticketed event. Those Ticketmaster tickets left at will call can be claimed prior to the start of the event.
The new ticketing process also features opportunities for London Knights season ticket holders to forward their tickets to a friend, client or relative if they cannot use their tickets for an assigned game.
New Era Tickets specializes in providing innovative technological solutions for Box Office management, event management, and customer communications as well as offer a full service ticket and marketing product for public assembly facilities, show promoters, sports teams, theaters, and entertainment organizations.
