Sovereign Bank Arena To Implement New, State-Of-The-Art Ticketing System Global Spectrum Brings New Era Tickets To Trenton
(Trenton, NJ- June 2, 2005) The Sovereign Bank Arena, the 10,000-seat multipurpose entertainment and sports arena in Trenton, NJ, will begin selling tickets via a new, more efficient ticketing system, as Global Spectrum, operators of the Sovereign Bank Arena, today introduced New Era Tickets, as the new ticketing company for all events at the Sovereign Bank Arena, beginning on Wednesday, June 1, 2005. Both New Era Tickets and Global Spectrum are subsidiaries of Philadelphia-based sports and entertainment firm, Comcast-Spectacor. New Era Tickets will offer its customers in Trenton, NJ, a more personalized service, user-friendly network, print at home tickets and additional conveniences for its customers. "New Era Tickets will allow Sovereign Bank Arena customers the convenience of purchasing tickets with many new and exciting opportunities to enhance their purchasing experience," said New Era Tickets President Fred Maglione. New Era Tickets specializes in providing innovative technological solutions for box office management, event management and customer communications, as well as offer a full-service ticketing and marketing product for public assembly facilities, show promoters, sports teams, theatres and entertainment organizations. Tickets will also be available in person at the Sovereign Bank Arena box office.
