NET Employees Support David Gallagher Foundation

Many New Era Ticket employees participated in the inaugural "David's Run," 5k Run/1 Mile Fun Walk, in support of The David Gallagher Foundation.  David Gallagher was a member of the New Era Tickets family who died suddenly in 2004.  David was a great person with a strong sense of characther and generous spirit.  To keep this generous spirit alive, David's family formed The David Gallagher Foundation.  The Foundation seeks to financially assist organizations that were close to David's heart, especially those pertaining to learning disabilities and epilepsy.  The foundations long-term goal is to set up a scholarship endowment fund at David's alma mater, Penn State University, for a student with learning disabilities. The Inaugural David's Run was held on April 2, 2006 at Wilson Farm Park in Chesterbrook, PA and was a great sucess. The New Era Ticket Employees who participated in the run were Tim, Jess, and Chad, while Chris, Eliza, Kerri and Clair walked in the mile fun walk event.  Those who participated not only raised money for a great cause, they were able to honor the memory of David, who will forever be missed.
