Ticket Improvements at the Roanoke Civic Center

Roanoke, VA - Beginning Monday, the Roanoke Civic Center will have a new way of taking care of business.

New Era Tickets will be taking over for Tickets.com and that could make things easier for you.

The new approach includes a user-friendly website that, among other things, will offer you the ability to print your tickets at home.

Chris Connolly, GM of the Roanoke Civic Center, said, "Unlike ticketing systems we have used before that will direct you to a different website, you won't have to do that in this case. You'll be on the Roanoke Civic Center website and that's it."

New Era Tickets and Global Spectrum, the company that manages the Civic Center, are both owned by Comcast-Spectacor, based in Philadelphia.
