Part Time - Ticket Agent

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide an excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism.
  2. Handle business transactions in connection with selling and servicing of tickets while maintaining customer goodwill
  3. Utilize a variety of systems and web-based tools to research and resolve customer inquiries.
  4. Respond with enthusiasm while handling customer questions, complaints and inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications Required

  1. High School Diploma or GED.
  2. 1 - 2 years of customer service experience.
  3. Excellent interpersonal; verbal and written communication skills and attention to details.
  4. The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  5. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
