  Geib Promoted to Vice President of Client Services 

(Wayne, PA – September 5, 2007) – Steve Geib, who has been with New Era Tickets from the company inception in 2003, has recently been promoted to Vice President of Client Services.  During the past few years, Geib has completed several major ticketing system installations from coast to coast for New Era Tickets including the Wachovia Center and Portland Trailblazers.

 

More recently, Geib and his team conducted a very successful Fan Club presale with unique one-time use passwords for the Police Concert at Citizen’s Bank Park.   “Steve has worked on many difficult projects and has put in countless hours in making sure that they were successful. New Era has grown in leaps and bounds over the last 4 years and we couldn’t have done it without him,” said Dave Homan, VP and COO of New Era Tickets.

 

Geib will continue to manage 3 departments and 15 employees while he spearheads upcoming programs including the installation of stored value tickets at the Wachovia Center.  He is also a key player in the latest New Era Tickets sales and marketing initiative surrounding the integration of customer data between ticketing software, a database marketing system and CRM tool.  “It’s exciting and rewarding to provide our clients with new features that improve not only their revenue, but the overall customer experience at events,” commented Geib.  “I’m proud to be part of a company that promotes positive change and constant advancement in a competitive industry.”
