New Era Tickets To Manage icke Sales For the Steelback Centre

(Saulte Ste. Marie, Canada, August 29, 2007) The Steelback Centre and city of Saulte Ste. Marie have selected New Era Tickets as their full-service ticketing system and marketing partner. New Era Tickets specializes in providing innovative technological solutions for box office management, event management, and customer communications designed to help venues like the Steelback Centre run a smooth and financially successful operation.

"We're excited about the services that New Era Tickets provides," said Norm Fera, General Manager of the Steelback Centre. "Not only can we now offer state of the art ticketing services to our customers, we can control our brand, own our marketing data and set our own ticketing fees."

The Steelback Centre is the only facility of its kind in Northern Ontario. It serves as one of the finest venues for sporting events, community events, entertainment, trade shows, and conferences in central Canada.

For sporting events, the Steelback Centre holds a capacity of 5,000 seats and is home of the Soo Greyhounds of the Ontario Hockey League. When transformed into a stage entertainment venue, the Centre's capacity grows to over 6,000 seats.

For ticket sales, the venue continues to attract audiences from it's location in the City of Sault Ste. Marie, which is located in the heart of the Great Lakes on the Canada/US border.
